You have 15 calendar days (from the day you receive the purchased item) to return it in case the items are damaged or defective. Please, ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return in order to receive a refund. Once the item is received at our store, it takes approximately 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Shop@imbeautifulraphy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In the instances where free returns are not offered, you will have to return the item at your own expense. We advise you to return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice. I’m Beautiful will refund up to $10 for return postage costs upon reception of the item.

Some items, such as gift Cards, are not returnable. Please carefully check the description of the item being purchased to see if it falls within this category.

All products shipped with the packaging including but not limited to boxes, manuals, warranty cards must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
